God, I love the inking stage so much - it's amazing how much emotion can be conveyed. @marcorenna.bsky.social 's acting is something else

Marco’s first drafts were so good we ended up w/ Phil looking too simple. So we gave him grey hair & a straw of wheat to chew to further his approachability. So I suggested adding traditional ancient Grecian boxing gloves to add pop & give his wooden plow a gold tip to highlight his divinity.

I got to the airport 3 hours early so I figured I’d continue breaking down the character design process some up coming Miles antags. Today we'll be doing Philomelus, demi-god of agriculture, who I co-created with Marco Renna. Philomelus will be appearing in the upcoming God War alongside Zip.
