Went to an interview yesterday. Now I'm in extreme pain and tiredness today. Shoulders hurt, calves hurt, headache and back ache. I just... Ugh. Agony and exhaustion. Maybe there's something more up with me than I know. Maybe my body just can't do this anymore.

Keep planning a return stream and then stuff keeps happening. Got diagnosed with ADD and Autism this past month and it's been super hard on my brain to get to grips with it and process it and deal with the emotions. I'll be back soon. I'm just.. Suffering with my own head.

There is a high level of co-occurrence with Autism and ADHD… some studies indicate around 50%. This doesn’t mean they’re in any way the same, but it does show how common ND co-occurrence is (of all kinds), and means we can’t only see them in isolation.

Lots has been happening the past few months, and has lead to a lack of stream. I know I posted about this before, but now to add onto this all: I got diagnosed with ADD yesterday. It's been incredibly hard to try and process that and tell myself and my BPD that it's okay. I'm struggling a lot.
