Today in the Missouri Supreme Court,  we joined our friends @lambdaLegal to fight a discriminatory ban that prevents Trans Youth from accessing care only because of their transgender status.

🚨 Update on MO lawmakers' proposed abortion ban: Cole County Judge Daniel Green ruled on Friday that the proposal could stay on the 2026 ballot, ruling that gender-affirming care is “closely related to reproductive health care.”

At the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Planned Parenthood Gen Action students helped push lawmakers to pass HB3709 into law, making Illinois the first state in the Midwest to guarantee access to medication abortion and birth control on public college campuses.
