Following up convo on the whole “we need to do better as an industry” w/ something I said in an interview. It’s ALL of us. BIPOC editors are not almighty saviors—we’re dropping like flies. There have been times that I’ve been treated with SO little grace cz of the ridiculous expectations set on me.
