Food follow up. The pie was delicious! 😁🙌 I made a butter double crust from scratch and folded the dough so it was layers of flaky pastry. I also added rosemary and thyme from our garden and a little lemon zest in the bottom before adding the filling for a bit of brightness to the pie.
