Decided to take the car to Uni just now instead of commuting 3 hours. Watched the sun set and I almost made it when suddenly Melissa’s Driving Blind started playing. While that song was on, some other driver almost ran in to me. Someone was in fact Driving Blind. That song should be BANNED from cars

“Ahhh… tea ceremony.” Giggles. “Under the Japanese Maple Tree.” This incredibly wholesome moment happened today when this lovely Japanese lady approached, holding a warm smile and taking interest in our tea ceremony. An exchange of thoughts on tea followed. When she walked away I felt tears of joy🥹

It's been a while since Nova and I had tea together, so of course we hiked up a mountain at 6am. It was rainy. And windy. And cold. But all was forgotten once we held our first bowl of tea, took a sip and felt the warmth radiate through body and mind. This moment was transcendent. #natureformel
