Enjoying the last two weeks here before I move out. Somehow, the flowers in my backyard are blooming in more vibrant colours and in much more variety than last year. Tending to a life offline has been a gift for me these past two weeks. Early mornings, spending time in nature, reading and writing, making space for tea every day as I continue to show up and deepen my practice… It’s beautiful and nurturing. I can feel the gratitude in body and mind.🙌🏼

As of tomorrow, I will step away from social for one week. Nova and Em are joining this ride, as we delete everything that encourages endless scrolling to return to ourselves, the present, creativity and boredom. Aiming to get away from screens and find inspiration. We’re really excited about this.💗

Lately I’ve been reflecting on how I’d love to learn more about being a guest for tea. I’m mostly having tea by myself, so I’m the one serving it. I study and deepen my practice while doing so but I rarely have the opportunity to observe the “other side”. Thoughts on this? Maybe from a guest’s POV?

I genuinely smiled so much while having tea today. The tea was good, rich and deep in its taste, my playlist had me vibing, the sun hitting my face, steam dancing in the light, and a heart full of gratitude. I could see my eyes sparkle with joy in the reflection of the window. Life is gooooood.🎐

I AM FINALLY FREEEEE!! Just handed in my academic papers that I worked my ass off for this month and never once believed to be capable of finishing them.😭😭 But here I am. Proud of myself. Now I have nowhere to be, no plans and I’ll enjoy every moment of these two weeks of freedom.💃🏻💃🏻
