Morning world! Another warm one today, ive been to Australia and had hotter days than here but I still struggle, I remember New Years Eve 96, 11:30pm and the temperature in Perth was 28 degrees! AT NIGHT! New years day was about 44, we just melted that day in our neighbours pool!

Serious post from me. Since I turned 50 a couple of weeks ago, I got a letter from the NHS saying I was now due a bowel cancer screening test. The kit arrived yesterday, just done it, sending it off tomorrow. Both my parents had it, lost my mum to it 10 years ago, dad survived, TBH I'm nervous!
