Finally watched Project Hail Mary! As someone who has read the book prior there were obviously a lot of parts I am sad were cut out.... (they did their best for a 2.5hr movie) But other parts I'm really happy with how the movie interpreted it!

A little different than what I normally post but I rented a Ricoh GR IV for vacation! I was worried about a fixed focal length but I think it encouraged me to snap photos faster and I'm loving the flexibility of a wilder frame. Also didn't do much editing because the colors are already film-like?!

But on positive stuff going on a road trip in a couple of days and testing out a Ricoh GR! Slowly going through the compact cameras and will hopefully land on one I really like.

Wow I was so tired when I typed up that WeebCon post there are so many typos 💀 Either way it’s a con that can be so much more but I legitimately don’t think they listen to feedback seeing how organization seems even worse than previous years…..

Animefest wasn’t without its faults but man I miss it every time I go to another local con 💀

After this year I probably don’t want to go back to WeebCon again… in hindsight I’m glad I ended up forgoing autographs because they turned out to be chaotic and unorganized.
