Moderating custom feeds is weird work. My Warcraft Text Posts feed keeps running into spam bots that spam names and pictures of sex toys (without even linking to a store or anything) and tag them with #Warcraft - just why 😅

Doing my usual year in review on my SWTOR blog, I found that I didn't do too well in terms of output! I talk about why I think that is, and the things I still DID get done in 2025:

I don't get why people were so gung-ho about enforced solo queues for Legion Assaults. Just had an alt fail at the last step because she's too weak to solo it and when trying to queue in a group with another person it said that wasn't allowed. What a waste of time.

My favourite MMO turns 14 today! Like every year, I put down some thoughts on what kind of year it has been for SWTOR:

8.0 in the works for the end of next year! Also, Galactic Seasons will be a bit different... wonder what that will mean.

Seeing a guy with a shipping crate permanently attached to his front is one of the funniest bugs I've seen in a while. Dude didn't seem to mind it that much either: "It's mine, you can't have it." 😂 I guess this is what happens when something goes awry with that one encounter on Coruscant... #SWTOR

Sorting through the screenshots of my first Galactic Threads playthrough, it stands out to me how many really nice shots of our own character we got in the cut scenes for this update. I forgot how much I enjoyed seeing Shintar the trooper look cool. 😄

Repeatedly running Ruins of Nul this week gave me weird Legacy of the Sith launch nostalgia. Remember the limited flashpoint selection every week, except Nul was always there because it was new? People groaned at how often it came up, but the repetition did force us to learn mechanics. (1/2)

It's been a week of interesting news as far as my MMO interests go - besides the SWTOR dev stream, there was also a rare piece of news about WoW Classic era, which I discuss in this post:

Figures that the random Keith tease at the end was the most exciting thing about the SWTOR dev stream once again. 😂 Was also happy to hear about the ceiling hook update though. Other stuff was good, but obviously we already knew about story and Dantooine.

When did they change these arrows during the Ziost speeder daily? I'm pretty sure they used to be on the ground instead of floating in the air... #SWTOR
