I think one of the challenges of our time will be separating where AI might be appropriate and where it isn’t. If you need to rely on it, it isn’t. If it’s creative, it isn’t -if you want people to care. If it’s education, it is tricky and mostly not. It’s a short list where it might be appropriate

And it’s being designed to keep you engaging with it, to make it habitual. A calculator doesn’t actively encourage you to keep pressing more buttons after it does the arithmetic.

I was running around the park with @andrewjordan.bsky.social and some kids told us that we’re “so slay.” We’ll be riding that high the rest of the week 🏃🏾‍♀️ 😁

Testing the notion of fair use, and saying the AI tool fails the test in this case, that it uses stolen copyrighted material to create a competitor to the original… therefore harming the value of the original… that’s big!

We're several months into the #VideoGameStrike fighting for AI protections. And while we celebrate #thegameawards tonight, I especially want to thank those teams who’ve signed onto an agreement with AI protections in place. I LOVE video games, and I love this industry. (1/2)
