Our February feature is @hospitalityhousesf.bsky.social, located in the Tenderloin, empowering people living in poverty to overcome their circumstances. They trained our staff in de-escalation & crisis intervention that centers our shared humanity to keep clients/visitors/staff feeling heard & safe.
