CONFIRMED: This model is actually just used for one single cutscene (the first one), at the end it's not the entire Legends Z-A map being just 1 model as the dataminers first thought.

Pokémon: Legends Z-A has been directed by Haruka Tochigi. This was his debut and first directed Pokémon game. He's been in Game Freak since 2013, working on Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire as the lead in 3D Map Graphics.

Pokémon Legends: Z-A has two special events to catch Mewtwo and Diancie. Both events will be distributed via Mystery Gift in the future, similar to how events worked on Ruby/Sapphire and Diamond/Pearl.

➡️ When developing the Pokémon Scarlet and Violet DLC, a bug occurred that affected development, due to DLC not being planned from the beginning. So from now on Game Freak mandated that all future games will be programmed assuming DLC will be made.

Gen 10 is changing Pikachu's 3D model with a huge redesign for "Pokémon Wind & Wave". This is how Pikachu will look on Nintendo Switch 2.

The "Seed Pokémon" will revert to its default form when transferring it to future games or Champions, it will only be procedurally generated inside "Pokémon Wind & Wave".

Pokémon Wind/Wave is planned to have MMO features, with codename "Naia". As the islands are procedurally generated for players, the idea is that players will be able to upload the islands they discover to the Naia servers, and then play with other players.

In Pokémon Wind/Wave the Gyms and the Titan/Lord Pokémon are mixed together - There are in total 18 challenges, one for each type. - They will be inspired by the Sustainable Development Goals - Clearing all the 18 challenges allows you to challenge the Champion

In Pokémon Wind/Wave you will be able to beat the game without finishing all the gyms or catching the main legendary, those will be optional (but you need to complete those for the true ending)
