A colleague suggested I make a witch hat for Black Agnes mannequin this Halloween. Desided to make her a Witch King helmet instead. Making it free hand from scrap EVA foam without plans eyeballing it. Should have measured it properly as its kind of wonky. It's not 'The' Witch King but a Witch King.

Well I'm 62 today. When I was 12 my Big Sister said I should grow up and stop drawing Daleks & making stuff out of rubbish (Blue Peter style). 50 years on have two homemade full size Daleks, dress as a Knight, Judge Dredd (for taxis kids trip in summer) & still making props out of rubbish!

My old watercolour of the Battle of Arkinholm 1455 Red Douglas defeat Black Douglas forces. The Black Douglas's Brother the Earl of Moray killed & beheaded. His other Brother the Earl of Ormonde was wounded but brought back to good health to also be beheaded. Heads were presented to King James II.
