In this preprint, @chris-pinier.bsky.social shows that open-source LLMs can perform abstract reasoning tasks, that LLMs have representations of pattern type in intermediate layers, and that LLM activations correspond to Fixation Related Potentials from participants' EEG. arxiv.org/abs/2508.10057
