Federal agents carried out a military-style raid on a South Shore apartment complex last fall with the permission of the building’s owner and manager, according to new court filings that corroborate key allegations driving a state investigation.

Robert Held told Brookfield police he followed ICE Officer Adam Saracco from the Broadview ICE facility and was recording him as he stopped for gas. He said Saracco then threw him to the ground.
