I am on a new weight management program offered through work. I started a week ago at 320 lbs I’m now at 310lbs. I’ll keep updating yall as I go. I am having some liver symptoms so focusing on healthier lifestyle.

After MP I have taken a better look at what I’m doing with my life and I’m going to be making some tweaks. First step back on to a diet, Megaplex seems to have somewhat reset my appetite and I want to use that to my advantage! Second step reaching out to people better! I can and will be better
