why does trauma have the weirdest side effects ever. what do you mean i broke my toes bc trauma gave me ptsd which gave me sleepwalking problems which means i fall out of bed a lot which means i smashed my foot against a bookcase which broke my toes

its nearly a Year Since Trauma and i am doing so well. (currently cant focus and having to wash myself in the bath because i will scream and cry and lose my shit if i have to shower. but then all i do is lie in the bath and think abt Trauma)
