nearly had a panic attack when the instructor stopped our gel electrophoresis without saying a word and opened it up to look at it with a small uv lamp. he didn't even hear my questions and said "see how cool that looks 😃" while showing me the DNA bands with the uv lamp and then started it again 😭

did so much work alone in the lab because my friend was busy setting the pH for our buffers only to realise that we didn't need to do that 😭 then why do the instructions say "set pH to 7.6"❓❓
