It has been a while, but delighted to be back with my first #medalmonday for the year with the spoils from the Kirkhill 8 Ultra. Frankly, I feel a bit like my number, crumpled and a bit crushed 🤣, but super happy to get another ultra under my belt. #ukrunchat
