Castlerigg stone circle last night; summer solstice sunset. There was a huge thunderstorm which was awe inspiring! If you look carefully you can see the ancient stones in the shadows. Could be a scene from thousands of years ago!

Finished work early so I could spend a couple of hours on the allotment. Lifted the dahlias which we grew from seed this year. Exciting to see the tubers, first time growing dahlias! 🌱🌸
