Currently trying to dial in a more Morrowind type vibe. Replaced the standard UE tonemapper, created a highly customisable (and cheap!) fog/skybox system and stopped playing the shadow game. What do you think so far?

Did a re-work of my cloud and post-process shaders today for optimization and more granular control over color and detail. The scene transitions to an unlit, stylized version with distance

After some thought and feedback, I’ve replaced the blue UI pulse on a perfect parry with a bit more screenshake and an FOV ‘pulse’ on a successful parry. Keeps things more dietetic and lets you know you’ve clearly avoided taking damage 🥰 (video cropped: Bluesky seems to hate the full width of video)
