The office building at top of this aerial photo is the former Walt Disney Feature Animation Florida studio. Shorter buildings in front of it most recently was Star Wars Launch Bay. Now being restored as an Animation attraction. Originally a guest tour of a smaller WDFAF.

I wish they didn't have to demo the arch, its an icon of of when the Park was MGM studios! But I don't think anyone can argue this is one project, that is just a straight up improvement over the current area.
