my laptop was taken over by IT to see why i can use the printer but no one else on my team can so now i’m just sitting here

i am oddly excited to pick out new glasses today (even though let’s be honest i’ll probably end up with something similar to what i have already)

re-dyed my hair today and tried a different color underneath, which did Not work out (my fault- i didn’t remove the previous color enough for the smokey muted purple to actually be visible) so i immediately ordered a darker purple to put over it instead

surrounded by purring kitties this sunday morning ☺️ what a way to start the day

it’s the way i ate spicy soup for dinner and then took a hot shower with a mint eucalyptus shower steamer and i still can’t breathe through my nose at all

it’s only been the second day since i’ve come down with this cold and i’m already so over it

The DMV makes it so hard to find answers to questions on their site and I called 2 different numbers this morning to clarify some things that I needed to do. Turns out I need to do less than I originally thought. Just need to get back into driving practice and I should be all set for my road test

I submitted a form to my local DMV asking a couple questions while I’m preparing for my test and they definitely responded to me using AI. Not a single question was actually answered

also i didn’t want to flood the feed, but i just wanted to thank all of you for the birthday wishes yesterday! very appreciative of this lil corner of the internet 🩷

just did my first drive after not driving for over a year and it went well!! just a couple of things i need to brush up on before taking the test. but we are making progress!

it’s my birthday today and i’m already in sweatpants before 6pm, but i had a little celebration with my family earlier today and a dual celebration a few days ago with a friend who’s birthday was on thursday so i’m content

our friend was on the porch when we came back from dinner! we found out our upstairs neighbors call him Mr.Chin for his lil white chin and that apparently his actual name is Garfunkel and he lives up the street. he just likes to hang out
