Between the AI shenanigans and degradation of features on Windows, I finally got Linux-curious enough. I picked up a cheap mini PC yesterday, wiped Win 11, and replaced it with Mint Linux and Wine. I haven't installed any VSTs yet, but the Windows version of Reaper likes it just fine.
