My current favorite genre of TikTok is Europeans in America for the first time realizing how based America can be. My next 2026 backlog game is Jedi Survivor. A game I started and played a decent amount of before dropping it like a stone (despite really enjoying it). Loaded it up last night and realized I have no idea what’s going on or what I’m doing, so a hard restart will be required. Not ideal but 🤷‍♂️

Credits rolled on #AssassinsCreedMirage. A return to the old school Assassin's Creed formula with modern quality of life features that really make for a solid, if uneven, experience. Top tier world design with a solid narrative, though the ending can be a bit obtuse if you haven't played Valhalla.

I'm a little bummed YouTube Premium is getting more expensive, but I really can't complain about the value. I watch a ton of YouTube (like, a lot), and while I mainly use Apple Music for streaming, having a secondary streaming service for music I don't want messing up my recommendations is nice.

That's a wrap on #TheOuterWorlds2. The game was a huge step up from the first game, taking everything I loved about Outer Worlds and dialing it up a notch. Bigger, more varied environments. Better writing. Biting satire. Unfortunately it still failed to deliver an interesting RPG experience.

Battlefield 6 is the best example of listening to your fans and developing a game for the people who actually play your game. BF6 is a massive improvement over 2042, and a super optimized game even on PC. Kudos to DICE!

Really enjoying my 2025 Apple device upgrade: 17 Pro Max is a big improvement over my 14 Pro Max (lighter, cooler, faster, blue!), the Series 11 is a huge upgrade over my OG SE (battery life!), and the AirPods Pro 3 fit so much better in my ears. Really solid upgrades all around.

I saw #Superman. It was alright, but early reviews and Prime Fan showing reactions raised my expectations a bit. My feelings of the film fall in line with how the trailers made me feel: solid but crowded. What I didn’t expect was James Gunn going full James Gunn and totally blowing it at times.
