To those who dismiss going plant-based because it’s not “natural.” Statins are not natural Neither are, GLP-1 drugs High BP meds Diabetes meds I’d rather take a vit B12, omega-3 from algae, and a little zinc on the side than to be forced to take drugs with lots of side effects. Who’s with me?
