I'm never gonna work again without a miracle. I worked from 15 to 42 (2020) with only 2 years off when I was married, went from a CNA up to administrative office stuff. I'm not an innovator but I work. 🕯️Universe, let me do a job. I only need part time, I'm not greedy, I *am* in college, too.🕯️

I realized I hadn't posted about Starfleet Academy since last week's episode but I am caught up, and I am enjoying it. I'm glad the characters are starting to show more of their origins and motivations and back stories. I do *really* hope the Braka stuff is done in Season 1. I'm so over it.

Who makes deliveries at 7:15 am on a Sunday???? Thankfully I was awake but I usually don't wake for another hour on the weekends.

Does anyone have any book recs?? I have some of the Thursday Murder series on hold, also Legends and Lattes but I've been waiting ages and I need something to read. I love science fiction, Poirot, Monk & Robot, Project Hail Mary, short story collections, don't like horror or sexy / romantic stuff.

It has been a long time since I had sushi or anything with seaweed in it... Turns out I absolutely do not like it at all. I wonder if the sushi insides just overpowered the seaweed wrap flavor before or if I won't like sushi anymore. 😬 My son, however, just snacks on bits of seaweed so he's fine.

We're doing an onigiri bar for dinner tonight. There will be rice, tuna, imitation crab, spam, furikake, nori, sesame seeds, Kewpie Mayo, and Sriracha, and we'll use it to each make our own however we want.

I'm super irritable and bitchy and mean today for no reason.

After a knee injury late last year, I had to very slowly get into walking again. I walked for 2 miles for the first time tonight!! I also use hand weights and exercise my arms and shoulders the entire time I'm walking.

Went downstairs after waking, thought it was quiet. Took me a full 3 hours to realize my refrigerator wasn't running. I unplugged it, plugged it back in and it came on, and I told my landlord. Fortunately nothing in the freezer had thawed yet even though the thermometer said it was 40° in there!

I just had to finish the making of a decision that was very difficult. I had to give up something that means an incredible amount because my health has deteriorated to a point where I can't participate anymore. I'm devastated, even though I *know* it was the right choice for my health. 💔

Sorry. I didn't have money to get groceries before the storm hit, I have the money now but everything has been closed since Sunday. They were going to open everything today but didn't so my grocery order got cancelled.
