Did someone say belt fed aircraft rocket launcher? The French Castro system of 1917. 30 mm rockets, 1.6 kg with 550g HE. Recoil force moves the cannon backwards and on the fore-stroke swallows the stem of the rocket to fire the next. Single or auto firing options. Not adopted.
