4 years ago I rode a train up into the mountains of Alaska and (briefly) into Canada. It was glorious.

Tried to take the Stealth to its first cars and coffee this morning, but after sitting for a week it would not start. No crank, no clicking, nothing when I turned the key. Tried the jump pack, tried jumping with another car. Nope. Checked battery voltage. 12.8v, perfect. Not a battery problem.

A year and 2 days ago my youngest's cat went out and never came home. Eventually, we assumed he met an untimely demise. Today we got a call that he was found about 20 miles away. He'd been there since November, hanging out with other cats. They finally caught him and checked his microchip.

Confirmed no significant transmission fluid loss on the Stealth, so I can continue to drive it. But it does seem like both axle seals are seeping. That means I'm 3 for 3 on leaks after axle seal replacement, 1 on the truck and 2 here. I must be missing something.

Decided to stop driving the Stealth until I understand the axle seal leak rate, so I'm back in the Tundra. Had to do some sophisticated wiring repair before work.

This is so worth the click to IG. Letterman in his prime was so good.

Bring back two tone paint in simple cars. And not just a contrasting roof.
