If we want cleaner air in Blacksburg, we might take a look at some bold policy choices coming out of France! - Adding bike lanes and green space - Creating new pedestrian zones and banning most car traffic in the urban core / major shopping centers - Eliminating 50,000 parking spaces 🤯
