Love love the food at Pepper Lunch in Alhambra (and other locations). The meat comes out sizzling on an iron skillet and continues to cook as you season it with sauces. So yummy!

Popped over to the Warner Brothers Studio Store, hoping for some Sinners merch… aside from the DVD, nope. But a lot for the upcoming Supergirl movie!

Got the Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake at Toothsome! Very moist, lighter and not as sweet as expected. It was quite good, but aside from having chocolate chips, didn’t taste very cookie like.

Six Flags Magic Mountain geese from this morning

Ate at a place that was new to us: Copper Hill BBQ. Just a bit north of Six Flags Magic Mountain. This fast casual place has the usual BBQ plates, salads, and pastas, but also has build your own bowl options! We really enjoyed it (review in alt text) Bonus: it plays music from 70s & 80s 😁

Walked briefly through Hurricane Harbor. Only two noticeable changes, one bad one good. Bad: Red Eye’s Kitchen, the main food location, looks totally generic and lost all personality and shade. Good: Tornado has gained an elevator for those cumbersome rafts! Though it didn’t seem open today

I enjoy the candy demos at Six Flags Magic Mountain! Done on weekends at 1, 3, and 5. Across from WCR, and they give out free samples after! Crazy they hand make so much of their candy in the park

While it isn’t entirely finished yet, what I do see of Looney Tunes land is improved! Feels more open, welcoming, and more landscaping. They also added a game behind Wascals! And maybe a play area is coming?
