Spirit of 2012 needed robust evidence of the wellbeing impact of its funded programmes. That’s where we came in. We analysed evaluation data from projects like City to Sea, applying government-approved wellbeing valuation techniques. The result? Clear, credible evidence of impact.

Our new analysis suggests that veteran-specific therapy from PTSD Resolution helps UK veterans recover from anxiety, depression + psychological distress. It could deliver up to 3x the benefits to society for every £1 spent in just one year after the completion of treatment.
