It was an honor to meet U.S. Secretary of Education Miguel Cardona at SLCC South City. He toured our pioneering facility and met Arts, Comms & Media faculty and students. I was joined by Tim Sheehan, VP for Government & Community Relations, and Lori Chillingworth, Chair of SLCC’s Board of Trustees.

#SaltLakeCC was honored to show off its School of Arts, Communication & Media to U.S. Secretary of Education Miguel Cardona, who met with students and took a turn operating a camera at the College’s virtual production stage—so far the first and only one in Utah’s higher education landscape.
