Just about recovered from our NYC trip & here’s some highlights in several posts. Main reason for trip was visiting Emily & celebrating her birthday. She planned a perfect itinerary which included a mystery event. Almost 20,000 steps everyday! Everett came down from Boston & joined us.

While I was taking pics of the Red-breasted Grosbeaks (a pair), a pair of Baltimore Orioles showed up finally! Then our resident Downy Woodpecker, then a Red-winged Blackbird, then a Goldfinch. Then the Catbird pair.. who has been here all week. It was a busy morning!
