modified simpsons 1up arcade cabinet for playing sets (and touhou) between jobs. its not my machine, so i couldnt cut into original pieces of the cabinet. this explains the odd button layouts. its also just my old pc on a testbench, hooked up to an adapter board for the LCD. very high tech stuff
