Well that was unexpected. After a day feeling lousy just started sneezing on top of the other stuff and had a mega flooding nosebleed. I’m now washing everything. I don’t think I’ve seen so much blood. I’ll have to stay up to to get everything dry as my fleece is the Big Warm one HNY all :) xxx

Gas Direct informed me they couldn’t deliver any till next Tuesday so I’m trying to be very cautious with what’s left. But heck it’s cold this morning. I’ve awarded myself a few minutes … and a hot water bottle and the electric blanket for an hour till Tiny Ted comes round. Brrrr

I’m at the post sleep post headache and sickness stage of migraine when you could just eat everything in sight.

I’m completely convinced I’ll never eat chocolate again #migraine

My head hurts so much I’m almost convinced I’ll never eat chocolate again.

The chocolate headache which usually strikes in the early hours or when I wake, seems to have arrived early. Wondering whether to take the anadin extra now, or do what I really want to do which is get up and make an egg mayo sandwich.

Is it still just us ?

The pheasant appears to be roosting. Dusk. It can’t quite get comfy. It’s too large. I can see it from my window sort of balancing and moving from one side* to the other. I meant to say buttock but that seems wrong. Me and TT by contrast and lazy gits and very comfy. I hope no one shoots it.

When I first woke I saw this. A camellia. And when I woke again, this afternoon after a decompression snooze I saw this pleasant outside in the tree.

I mean. I miss the Bebe and her exuberant praise of everything I am and do. But it’s been bliss to get back to silence and my coffee and toast and peanut butter.

Tiny Ted (I typed Tiny Red then Tiny Tired. Hm ) woke me at one am squeaking. We put the light on and I put my socks on and my fleece ready to take her out. Her tail went down. A No to that. What’s up then I asked her. She squeezed in close and I wrapped a blanket round her. Fast asleep. #dreams?

I’m going to do the guided meditation and then listen to Clarissa Dickson Wright again and hope I have the same dream again.

Here I am forced to lie on my back with the Bebe in order to look at something calming.

Loft storage room. The first few minutes. Things went from bad to worse. Two staircases full of stuff and a hall and landing as well as the entire loft area. Things are starting to clear…. Gradually.

The picture of happiness. A tiny dog who is beyond relieved to come home. No more sharing. And breathe.

The Bebe yelled a word approximating to “yes” as I entered the kitchen. I have to admit this is completely gratifying. I may have even danced a bit behind Tiny Newman perched on a stepping stool feeding her , for her amusement. I am ready to face the loft clearance project. Almost.

It’s a wonder I survive. The Jumperoo thing was placed strategically outside my room but my recent crash with the bathroom scales in the dark means that I am extra cautious and have managed to avoid injury. And now Trifle with extra custard for breakfast ! Whatever next?

The steamroller is up. And I need a coffee. I’m bringing it back to bed for an extra few minutes.

Tiny Ted barked a lot yesterday. She wants us to be back at home, just us. She is bored with having to ward off predators especially the nine month old steamrollers who ignore her. But there is a Plan afoot to clear the loft storage room. We are essential to this plan. A skip may be required

The strangest dream, induced early hours by a guided meditation. A therapy type man held my lower arms and said to me “what do you need?” And in that moment , with a Sante fe desert/ camper van aura around me, I knew the answers. Didn’t translate to my waking self. I took an Anadin Extra.
