I’ve woken with that feeling that I’ve only just fallen asleep.

The virus is being v virusy and causing me to spend long periods hunched over the bathroom basin. I’m back in bed now , contemplating the gigantic wardrobe but lacking the energy to migrate stuff. Or indeed the clothes rails to hang stuff on. Virginia Woolf, tonic and Anadin offer solace.

My plan is in place. No sooner has he left , I’ll be up the stairs like a greyhound after a furry , with TT under my arm and inside ten minutes I’ll be asleep.

Wardrobe Man is still here. I am thinking longingly of my plans to get back into the bed. I had imagined two pm.

Wardrobe man points out that the clothes rails haven’t been delivered. And instead I’ve been sent a mirror I don’t need. I did overhear delivery man one say to delivery man two on Monday , take that lot back out. They’ve got all mixed up. But assumed since he was on the ball it was sorted. Hm.

The view from my window looks oddly different since the bed was moved. Still grappling with whether I can live with it. Today brings another delivery. Must get out for insulating material to stop drafts from ancient cupboard. Mood is good. Reflecting on all the things I no longer have to do.

Drenched in the rain. Worth it to come back to a tiny dog , hot stove and even hotter bath. Now for some Virginia Woolf. Almost glad I left the iPad at the other place ….

Apparently I am next on the list. Delivery. But the red van which looks like postman Pat in the pic seems to be getting closer and closer to Carlisle. When it came on at 7 am it was about ten minutes away. Carlisle is a good hour. Or more. This was it ever ?

I dreamed I was sweeping and sweeping. This may be a premonition of the week ahead. Delivery and building of stuff. On the other hand it may have been a backwards glance at my last two days and the piggy/ Bebe post eats cleans ? My life in dreams.

Piggies :) The tricky bit was the Bebe trying to snatch their greens ! She’s such a food oriented little thing. The piggies were good at sharing. They had tons of the stuff.

Argh. I had to leave home and my biscoff truffles half made. Let’s hope they survive.

My overnight dreams featured a slight concern about how I was going to fit in a half day course on shoplifting. Not something I’ve ever been preoccupied with , weird. I was sleeping in a room fitted with a white noise machine which I couldn’t find to switch off. Might explain it. Argh.

Coffee in bed with Tiny Ted. At the Other Place. TT doesn’t appear to have noticed the Other house guests , a stunning pair of pale blonde piggies. They are named after wrestling champions. La Bebe is breakfasting with dad and let out a hoot on seeing my bedtime hairdo - a wild high pony.

Anyone know if those tower extensions you can plug about 12 plugs into plus several chargers are safe ? Seem to recall fire safety person telling us we should change all the Elders flat extension cables for those and we did. But I have several of the old ones and the towers look overloaded now to me

Nothing better than getting into bed early. If I read till midnight I have some semblance of hope of more than four hours sleep. I’ve had the best day at volunteering then floating round town for a bit. Tiny Ted and me then sat by the stove and contemplated the weeks ahead. #allchange

Well. That didn’t go well. Own fault. I didn’t eat or drink (much) and it all went a bit pear shaped.

Having witnessed the Bebe eating a Sunday dinner (here) I now have video footage of her cramming a baby style curry with rice into her beak at tea time. Who knew babies ate so much? The mistake I made was feeding mine tasteless pap.

I’ve given up on bothering about sleep. I come in now and go to bed at whatever time and read till two am. Who cares. Sleep at three am and awake at seven and hope for the best.
