I'm doing great. Finally, down to a lower dosage of one medication and off the other one entirely. I continue to improve every day by doing the exercises the therapist had me doing in May. I'm walking without a cane most of the time. I want to thank everyone for your support and encouragement.

I have been in and out of the hospital. Now I'm in rehab and doing better. But I detest tRump and it makes my blood pressure go up. I wake up every morning hoping he is gone. Bluesky makes me feel better.
