I don't want to crush people's dreams, but I think we need to focus less on "going viral" and more on building a strong community around our works. Having A Big Number by itself doesn't help much. You can't eat social media numbers. You need the people on the other side of the screen to CARE.

I hid 99 plush lobsters around #MAGFest to make Xenoblade X real and it was beautiful

I saw the famous(?) gazebo! MagFest was an amazing, and a great "return" to conventions after so long. I'm so thankful I got to support @beenerdish.bsky.social at her Booth (I was not immune to the dangers of a new plush..). Also thankful I got to meet ChrissyPlaysDressUp (ig)! My heart is full.
