While the advice is great, the real genius is "the brain is the ass of the head". It works on so many levels. Well, actually just two levels, but it's deadly accurate on both.

In my L & M class, I taught how theta rhythm starts as soon as walking starts and stays on the whole time. After class, I called my wife, as I always do. I told her that she was my theta rhythm, since I'm always talking to her when I'm walking. This is the most romantic thing I've ever said.
