I try to read (or re-read) a poem every day. Today, I started the 'Poetry Pharmacy - Forever' by William Sieghart and cried all over the introduction. What got to me was the genuine humanity inside these pages. Poetry is art is human communication and connection. Mortality, trauma, self-worth ✨️
