My son and daughter both study medicine in one of the hardest school in Mexico. They really try their best. I’m proud of both.

I have a Stimpod and a portable USG that I can connect with WiFi to my iPad. It has two probes linear and convex. When ever i do regional anesthesia I use both stimpod and USG. When I apply muscle relaxant I always use stimpod. I study POCUS and USG regional anesthesia. I have a lot to learn yet.

Me and my wife are both anesthesiologist I decided to buy long ago a used Bis monitor because in some hospitals did not had eeg monitoring available. On my standard practice I use sedline and ANI for nociception measure in the Masimo monitor whe own. I try to use our TCI pumps in most of cases.

Last week i entered surgery room in a private practice hospital to accompany a medic friend of mine in her spouse surgery. I saw a general anesthesia without eeg and a regional without ecg electrodes. A lot of work to do. #Medsky
