I've been eating overnight oats the last week but it turns out oats are so much better warm! I think it's because I can get it to the consistency that I can tolerate 😅 Porridge has always been a no no for me on the texture side

Just came back from watching I Swear at the cinema. When the lights went up there wasn't a dry eye in the house 😭 Fantastic movie

Day 3 of my rubbish bland diet and I had no idea how much joy I actually get from food. Need some more joy in my life clearly 😅

Starting my low histamine diet on Sunday. Gonna be eating a lot of potato I think 😅 Breakfasts are gonna be the hardest part. Going to put wheat back in after 2 weeks though

There's a swarm of ladybirds outside my window. Just praying they can't find a way in! Never seen so many in my life

I'm starting a test next week to see if I have a histamine intolerance. The list of things I can't eat is 😭 Chocolate, tomatoes, strawberries, tuna, salmon, cheese!! and so much more but the HARDEST part is going to be no coffee 😱

Our living room at the moment is this big open space with a bean bag chair in it and I'm kinda loving it. Think I'm slowly turning into a minimalist. Don't ask about the house sale though 🤷🏻‍♀️

Spent all day stressing about a phone call from the doctor late afternoon only to realise it's tomorrow and now will have to prepare myself all over again 😭 #anxietyisfun
