I heard today was rapture day and felt the need to check in with my family. We proceeded to have a perfectly normal conversation.

Here's how my day has been. Started the day with 64 tickets in the queue. Resolved two of them, 63 tickets. Resolved three of them, 61 tickets. Resolved three of them again. 61 tickets. This job is so hateful today, I just wanna get sub 60 😭
