Update for those following along: Made an image in Procreate of a huge color range with Hexcodes. Replicated it using MSPaint. Imported both into InDesign then replicated it again within THAT program. The intent was to see what stage in the process was causing the biggest dip in brightness.

Watched the VERY enjoyable Welcome To Derry last week. I’m not a big horror fan but I love what Andy has done with the world and lore and the way he handles the unnerving tension. I also ALWAYS enjoy when Pennywise is on screen, the way Bill expertly rides the line between playful and deranged.

I am persistently caught between the knowledge that I am only some dude put on this planet to just breathe, and the absolute necessity to create something that might maybe emotionally impact someone.

Hey @bsky.app , read the room friend. We all came here to escape the censorship and suppression of other platforms. A place where we can see what we want. Much like any good kink, safety tools are a great thing to have, but they should be available to those who want them, not forced onto all.

There’s a part of me that feels guilty for how much new art I haven’t made or shared lately, then I remember the work I’ve been putting into finally building a Character Design portfolio and I feel proud and accomplished.
