as I said earlier, there is likely not a policy on file written in big red letters that says "fuck them gays". This does not mean Stripe's policy re: Adult Content wont/doesnt effect queer creators disproportionately. It does. The goal remains the same. Pressure their Adult Content policies.

Kind of staggered at how impactful the #SaveSpeech campaign against MC/Visa/Paypal/Stripe's adult content policies has been. In just over a week we've gone from CCs and paypros exerting power over platforms from the shadows to being forced to make public statements (that can then be pulled apart)

Yeah, I worked in customer support and, if it's a 'peak' of one day, they will not care. They'll wipe their hands and say "ok, volumes are back to normal, it's fixed" If after a week they are still receiving pressure... Then they'll begin to get nervous
