need to specify, when I say "art theft" I mean people looking to cynically profit off it. I'm not bothered by people using my art for their horror projects and the like. I feel like there should be a distinction between "using it to make a video art project" and "slapping it on a t shirt to sell"

yeah the level of art theft that happens regarding this drawing is just immeasurable. I have no way to really fight back about it either. Absolutely mortifying to me that people stole and made sweatshops print out MY art like this.

My goal is just to make goofy cartoony urban fantasy comics. Most of Harebrained is just "Alex thinking something March wants to do involving alchemy is a really bad idea"

I think art is important even right now. Just brightening someone's day is worthwhile. I like seeing people's art, I don't want people thinking it doesnt got value

Every paper is a lie. "mixed media" ok you mean just colored pencils. "watercolor" ok barely. maybe. "sketchbook paper" you can draw on any paper with pencils! doesnt have to be this thin glorified parchment paper!

does anyone else have trouble drawing if theyre really invested in a game and visa versa? is this just my brain?

sorry no harebrained stuff still it's been kinda hard to draw properly. I have dozens and dozens of comics drafted, written, halfway finished, ect but we can't complete them for *various reasons*. I still have stuff like character designs to finish first anyways, I've been indecisive on things.

that dragon was already getting stolen a lot before the whole backrooms craze, people would steal it to repost on tumblr for easy reblogs or make corny moodboard with it. so it was kinda destined to end up this way I feel.
