Yesterday, my friend Kayla and I attended South End Children’s Cafe‘s ninth annual Recipe for Success event! It was wonderful to see so many people show up to support such an important pillar in our community. Congratulations to Tracie and the rest of the SECC team for putting on an amazing event!

It was a pleasure attending Grand Street Community Arts‘ monthly community breakfast on Saturday! I had the opportunity to talk with voters and take a tour of the wonderful things that are in store for 68 Grand Street.

Yesterday, I attended Albany's 2nd annual Jane Jacobs Walk! Every year, groups around the world honor the life of activist Jane Jacobs by organizing walks around their neighborhoods and discussing local issues. During this year's walk we discussed I-787, Liberty Park, and Empire State Plaza.

On Thursday, I had the privilege of attending Brittany Wafer's "Pause and Pose" event. This event raised funds to support the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society through the Pause for Hope campaign. I'm extremely proud of my friend, who is helping make a difference in the fight to cure Leukemia and Lymphoma

Happy Earth Day! 🌎 I was proud to join Albany Bicycle Coalition on Saturday for their Earth Day cleanup. Now more than ever, we’re relying on our local governments to make smart decisions that protect our environment. If elected, I will do my best to keep the 2nd Ward sustainable and resilient.
