By trying to bully nations out of recognising Palestine, Trump is making himself the biggest hurdle to a two-state solution and a lasting peace. The UK must stand strong with Canada and our allies, we should recognise the Palestinian state right now. No more delays.

The time for words is over - now we must act. That should include the UK Government conducting a fresh set of aid airdrops over Gaza.

Mass starvation in Gaza and over 1,000 Palestinians killed while seeking aid since May. The government says the situation is intolerable yet they continue to tolerate it. The UK needs to stop all arms exports to the Israeli Government - today.

David Lammy must realise that we’re past the point of threatening sanctions. Every day the Government sits on its hands, more innocent civilians are being killed in Gaza while over a million are at risk of starvation. Sanctions are needed now, including against Netanyahu.

Time and time again, the Prime Minister says the situation in Gaza is intolerable… but he keeps on tolerating it. Palestinian statehood was literally in his own manifesto, so why won’t he recognise it now? I wonder if Donald Trump is stopping him.

The world is looking on in horror as Netanyahu's Government plots to lock Gaza's entire population into effectively a giant prison. The Prime Minister should make it clear that the UK won't stand idly by, starting by sanctioning Netanyahu himself.

Walid Lakhluk, 73, was shot & killed this morning by IDF at the the city of Jenin in the West Bank. Some call him a "terrorist." Because why not? The media calls everyone the IDF kills a "terrorist." We must not accept this. Killing innocent people does not bring security, it harms security.
