Over the weekend, HfHR Action volunteers in New York met with David Orkin at a meet and greet organized by DRUM Beats NYC. Our members asked about how Orkin, who is running for #NewYorkAssembly District 38, will work with progressive Hindus to fight Hindu nationalism and all forms of bigotry.

The Savera Coalition is united in its condemnation of the act of vandalism at a Hindu temple in Chino Hills. Political differences must never be litigated on, or in, houses of worship, and their politicization erodes the rights of our communities to freely gather and worship at these spaces.(1/4)
