Danny Rohl moving from a 3421 to a 4141 at half time yesterday was tactically spot on. Stopped Borges inverting, took back control of the midfield and pinned Boro’s outlets back. That, layered on with galvanising the group of players shows how bright a prospect he is.

I think today’s performance was enough to suggest to me that promotion isn’t happening this season. I still think we’ll get playoffs but unfortunately we are just riddled with individual and collective errors which give us too much to do.

Marcus Tavernier has been outstanding for Bournemouth since Iraola’s appointment. He’s really brought out the best in him and his game has gone to another level. Brilliant to see.

With 7 goals in 9 starts and averaging a goal every 100 minutes. Tommy Conway has been an exceptional summer signing.

There’s so many players that have flourished under Michael Carrick. Ben Doak is another one to add to that list.
